Kontiotuote Oy has been certified to fulfil the requirements
of CE sign for its log houses.  This certificate has only been
granted to a  few producers who meet the highest requirements.

The quality certificate proves that the log buildings
manufactured by Kontio meet the requirements set
forth by EU countries in ETA decision ETA-05/0119.

The CE quality certificate was granted to Kontio on the basis of
analysis and research conducted by an external, independent
quality institute - Inspecta.

Kontiotuote Oy has also been granted The Strongest in Finland
certificate. The certificate is a sign that the company is a reliable
partner  - Now and in the future.

GOST R Certificate of Conformity, the most commonly
required permissive document in Russia, proves that 
Kontio Log Houses meet the requirements of national
safety standards. 

Russian inspectors have examined also the processes
of manufacturing and quality control at Kontio factory.

HT Quality Mark Certificate for massive log and glue-laminated log

J  Quality Mark Certificate for finger jointed construction timber

NR Quality Mark Certificate for nailplate structures

SFS-Certification regularly controls the compliance with
the operational and product-specific requirements of
production. The Ministry of the Environment has
approved SFS-Certification as an Inspection Body
in accordance with the National Building Code of Finland.
